- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve shop sales targets and manage progress and performance.
- Manage, develop, and evaluate the team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Chloé's DNA through exceptional service.
- Ensure efficient and effective shop operations, including management and improvement of front and back-end operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various business partners.
- Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and act as a liaison with internal departments for information sharing and proposals.
- Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Experience in department stores, particularly in-shop settings, is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and ability to embody Chloé's brand image.
- Capability to devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
