Chloé Boutique Assistant

- Provide exceptional client experience by welcoming and assisting clients as they enter and navigate the boutique.
- Support the sales team by managing product runs, wrapping, and client service tasks such as beverage service and coat check.
- Assist with service items and coordinate with the operations team for repairs.
- Participate in inventory checks and manage merchandise movement, tagging, and quality control.
- Handle daily replenishment and ordering of supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
- Prepare and package products for shipment as needed.
- Comply with all policies and procedures, including security and operational protocols.
- Support sales team with audit compliance and develop a deep understanding of the brand and products.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and participate in daily store setup and stock replenishment.
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Passion for the Chloé brand.
- Additional language skills are beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
