1. Organize and conduct motivational team briefings to maintain high levels of staff engagement.
2. Ensure all team members possess comprehensive product knowledge and implement necessary training programs.
3. Coach sales staff on the floor to identify and address individual training needs.
4. Support recruitment processes and facilitate team induction.
5. Promote a positive team spirit and embody Chloé's values of entrepreneurship, togetherness, and creativity.
6. Supervise boutique operations to maintain an impeccable environment and ensure team grooming standards.
7. Proactively suggest improvements in operations and processes to enhance the boutique environment.
8. Ensure adherence to store guidelines and oversee stock management tasks.
9. Support the team in developing long-term client relationships and monitor CRM targets.
10. Lead by example in sales activities to enhance business performance and customer service.
11. Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback on performance.
12. Assist in analyzing sales figures and co-create action plans to align with Maison strategy.
13. Motivate the team to achieve boutique and individual sales targets.
14. Participate in commercial activities and propose new business improvement ideas.
15. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Advanced product knowledge in luxury fashion.
2. Proficiency in CRM and sales analysis.
3. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within luxury retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
