1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
2. Ensure adherence to Maison standards and policies.
3. Perform housekeeping activities, including cleaning, villa setup, and turndown service.
4. Ensure that all guest villas and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
5. Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor for timely replenishment.
6. Participate in ongoing training and development focusing on best practices in cleaning techniques, guest interaction, and safety procedures.
7. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
8. Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
9. Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and guidelines within the housekeeping department.

1. Certificate and/or diploma in Housekeeping Operations and Services

1. Excellent customer service with a pleasant personality
2. Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Beginner level experience in housekeeping or related field is required.
