- Provide a memorable first impression with courteous demeanor and impeccable service.
- Manage guest logistics upon arrival and departure, including handling luggage, vehicles, and arranging transportation.
- Execute external errands and internal deliveries as requested by guests or hotel departments.
- Collaborate closely with the reception and other departments to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of regular or VIP guests based on their preferences.
- Deliver discreet, swift, and personalized service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare vehicles for early departures or nighttime travel during night shifts.
- Conduct nightly rounds to maintain cleanliness of floors, pool amenities, and common areas.
- Monitor the gas boiler room and promptly report any issues to the technical service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A minimum of three years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
