1. Provide a memorable first impression with courteous demeanor and impeccable service.
2. Manage client logistics upon arrival and departure, including handling luggage, vehicles, taxis, and errands requested by guests or the accommodation team.
3. Conduct external errands (various purchases) and internal errands (messages, packages) as requested by clients and hotel services.
4. Collaborate closely with the reception and other departments to ensure a seamless transition during guest arrivals and departures.
