- Provide a memorable first impression with courteous demeanor and impeccable service.
- Manage client logistics upon arrival and departure, including handling luggage, vehicles, taxis, and errands requested by guests or the accommodation team.
- Conduct external errands (various purchases) and internal errands (messages, packages) as requested by clients and hotel services.
- Collaborate closely with the reception and other departments to ensure a seamless transition during guest arrivals and departures.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
