- Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, invitations, reminders, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain administrative records of training, including attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
- Manage inventory for training materials and ambassador life activities.
- Assist in organizing and conducting tours of the Maison for new ambassadors and students.
- Support the organization and management of internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month,' new arrivals events, ambassador evenings, and recognition events.
- Oversee the ambassador recognition policy, including milestones such as births, anniversaries, marriages, and tenure.
- Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar under the supervision of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.
- Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
- Discretion and practical mindset with adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is appreciated.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
