1. Collaborate with the HR Development Manager to implement training and ambassador life policies.
2. Identify training needs in conjunction with department heads.
3. Facilitate internal training modules, including the Envol program.
4. Develop and adapt internal training programs to meet company and ambassador needs.
5. Create external training specifications, including content, methodology, provider selection, target audience, budget, and evaluation methods.
6. Coordinate and manage logistical aspects of training initiatives, including scheduling and communication.
7. Oversee and support performance review processes, including probationary, annual, mid-year, professional, and career reviews.
8. Participate in Talent Committees to track ambassador development and internal mobility opportunities.
9. Ensure the Cheval Blanc Paris employee experience in onboarding, integration, and skill development.
10. Monitor training budgets and optimize funding opportunities.
11. Prepare annual training reports, both pedagogical and financial.
12. Support social relations preparation and management concerning training and career development.
13. Assist internal trainers in collaboration with department heads.
14. Manage relationships with training partners, including OPCOs and dedicated providers.
15. Organize and execute ambassador events in coordination with the HR Development Manager.
16. Develop and disseminate internal communication materials in line with communication standards.
17. Provide monthly activity reports and adapt them to meet company needs.
18. Participate in special projects as directed by the HR Development Manager or HR Director.
19. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business School.
2. Knowledge of the hospitality and/or restaurant industry is appreciated.

A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in recruitment and training is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business School.
