1. College-level education in catering, preferably a Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Thai culinary techniques and processes.

1. Exceptional culinary skills in Thai cuisine.
2. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Ability to adapt and respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within a luxury hotel or resort is required.
