1. Operate the main telephone switchboard, managing incoming calls, Maison Ambassadeur calls, and guest room calls.
2. Provide comprehensive information about the Maison to guests and callers.
3. Take and relay guest messages accurately and efficiently.
4. Handle wake-up call requests and ensure timely delivery.

1. Certificate in Front Office Operations or a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel environment.

1. Proficiency in computer operations.
2. Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage priorities independently.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Certificate in Front Office Operations or a related field.
