Cheval Blanc Technical Coordinator

- Assist the Technical Director, Technical Manager, and Team Leaders with administrative tasks.
- Support and follow the Technical Director in managing projects at Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Participate in weekly service meetings with the Technical Manager and team leaders, as well as meetings with technicians.
- Attend meetings with the Technical Director and external service providers.
- Oversee the tracking of current and upcoming purchase requests.
- Organize logistics and monitor various technical projects.
- Manage administrative files for the technical office.
- Prepare and follow up on meeting dossiers.
- Create reports and draft meeting minutes.
- Oversee the Know Cross system in collaboration with operations.
- Assist Team Leaders in managing and restocking inventory.
- Participate in the verification of quotes, purchase orders, and receipt of goods.
- Manage scheduling and ensure optimization with the Technical Director.
- Facilitate internal communication within the department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the technical office and perform maintenance on certain machines.
- Draft and update departmental procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Uphold the excellence of client experiences.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and maintenance management software.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
