1. Address non-conformities reported by hotel teams, prioritizing accommodation, dining, and spa areas.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on all hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and technical materials.
3. Participate in technical rounds to identify potential malfunctions.
4. Contribute to the upkeep and proper functioning of the establishment's technical systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
5. Actively engage in internal training on safety and technical standards.
6. Assist in renovation and infrastructure improvement projects.
7. Ensure effective communication within the technical service by updating intervention records and relaying information to various hotel departments.
8. Set up arrangements for events in rooms or sales points.
9. Respond to special client requests.
10. In the event of malfunctions, breakdowns, or fires, intervene promptly, repair, and ensure follow-up according to internal rules and procedures.
11. Ensure compliance with internal safety rules and procedures by guests and Ambassadors.
12. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety or accident risks.
