1. Plan, manage, and execute local and international recruitment initiatives.
2. Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier candidates.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs.
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations and HR management systems.
5. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
6. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and develop solutions.
7. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment.
3. Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment is required.

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
