1. Cater to guest tailoring needs and maintain Ambassadeurs' attire to Maison standards.
2. Collaborate with the Laundry department for the care of laundry, including guest services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting guest preferences.
4. Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to ensure a professional appearance of Ambassadeurs.
5. Communicate inventory needs to the Laundry Manager for replenishment.
6. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Services for garment collection and return.
7. Collaborate with Ambassadeurs to ensure timely delivery of tailored items.
8. Assess and repair damaged garments, extending their lifespan.

1. At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a high service standard.
2. Proven ability to maintain a neat and organized work area.
3. Experience in conducting fittings and making alterations.

3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
