1. Ensure the installation and configuration of IT hardware within the organization.
2. Design and maintain the network architecture in alignment with the company's IT infrastructure.
3. Organize and manage all data transfer cabling within the enterprise.
4. Configure equipment such as microcomputers, routers, and switches.
5. Safeguard the company's data by implementing cybersecurity measures and complying with current regulations.
6. Monitor daily security, conduct internet connectivity tests, and ensure hardware efficiency through incident simulations.
7. Address and resolve system malfunctions or coordinate with external service providers as necessary.
8. Participate in specific projects as requested by the IT Manager or General Management.
9. Report any abnormal situations concerning security or potential risks to clients or colleagues to the management.

1. Fluency in French and proficiency in professional English.
2. Experience in hospitality and a minimum of 2 years in IT roles.

1. Proficiency in PMS Opera, POS Symphony, and Wifi RUCKUS.
2. Patience, punctuality, autonomy, teamwork, and meticulousness.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
