2. Proven track record of management in a resort/hotel environment
3. Pre-opening experience is a plus

1. Computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office
2. Excellent knowledge and expertise in management of recreational centers/department within the Hospitality Industry
3. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
4. Thoroughness, good organizational skills, attention to detail
5. Ability to manage priorities independently
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
