1. Diploma and/or relevant certification in a related field.
2. Proven track record in management within a resort or hotel environment.
3. Pre-opening experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
2. Expertise in managing recreational centers within the hospitality industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage priorities independently and work under pressure.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry is required.
