1. Conduct engaging surf simulation activities for guests, focusing on safety and enjoyment.
2. Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
3. Deliver memorable experiences tailored to young guests.
4. Manage daily operations of the surf simulation area.

1. Diploma and/or relevant certification in a related field.
2. Proven track record in management within a resort or hotel environment.
3. Pre-opening experience is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Expertise in managing recreational centers within the hospitality industry.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage priorities independently and work under pressure.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.

Diploma and/or relevant certification.
