1. Assist the Stewarding Manager with daily operations.
2. Monitor inventory levels of service items such as dishware, silverware, glassware, and cleaning supplies.
3. Track the consumption of maintenance products and determine material needs for each point of sale based on forecasted activity.
4. Ensure compliance with hygiene practices (H.A.C.C.P.) within the Stewarding and F&B departments.
5. Coordinate resources to uphold hygiene standards.
6. Execute and oversee current cleaning and hygiene plans.
7. Conduct periodic checks of dishwashing machine temperatures.
8. Provide operational support to teams as needed.
9. Maintain operational presence in the absence of the manager.
10. Report any technical issues with dishwashing equipment to the Stewarding Manager.
11. Inform management of any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks.

1. Enrollment in a Hospitality/Restaurant Management program.
2. Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience or knowledge in luxury hospitality or fine dining.

2. Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
3. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
4. Adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork spirit.
5. Proficiency in sales and communication.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Micros is advantageous.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing education in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
