- Assist the Stewarding Manager with daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of service items such as dishware, silverware, glassware, and cleaning supplies.
- Track the consumption of maintenance products and determine material needs for each point of sale based on forecasted activity.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene practices (H.A.C.C.P.) within the Stewarding and F&B departments.
- Coordinate resources to uphold hygiene standards.
- Execute and oversee current cleaning and hygiene plans.
- Conduct periodic checks of dishwashing machine temperatures.
- Provide operational support to teams as needed.
- Maintain operational presence in the absence of the manager.
- Report any technical issues with dishwashing equipment to the Stewarding Manager.
- Inform management of any unusual situations regarding safety or accident risks.
- Enrollment in a Hospitality/Restaurant Management program.
- Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience or knowledge in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in sales and communication.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Micros is advantageous.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing education in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
