1. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, dishware, service utensils, and staff areas in accordance with HACCP standards and hotel procedures.
2. Perform cleaning and maintenance of dining room service equipment.
3. Operate and maintain the utensil washing machine efficiently.
4. Sort and dispose of waste; compact packaging waste.
5. Clean and maintain waste containers and designated waste areas.
6. Assist with preliminary product preparations under the supervision of a chef.
7. Participate in the receipt of goods.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to supervisors.
