- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and staff areas in compliance with HACCP standards and hotel procedures.
- Clean and maintain dishware and service equipment.
- Operate and maintain the utensil washing machine appropriately.
- Sort and dispose of waste; compact packaging waste.
- Clean and maintain waste containers and designated areas.
- Perform preliminary product preparation tasks under the supervision of a chef.
- Assist in receiving deliveries.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality and dining environments.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
