1. Welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures and ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
2. Perform aesthetic and body treatments following protocols established with Christian Dior Parfums.
3. Facilitate sales of additional products and treatments to enhance revenue.
4. Maintain an exceptional rapport with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
5. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
6. Update guest profiles accurately.
7. Maintain equipment and cleanliness of treatment rooms as per hotel standards.
8. Manage stock and inventory efficiently.
9. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
10. Communicate vital information and instructions regarding guests to the team.
11. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
2. Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques.

1. Passion for wellness and a desire to advance in the field.
2. Excellent presentation and strong team spirit.
3. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
4. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc Paris standards and norms.
5. Proficiency in Spa Booker software is advantageous.
6. Sales acumen.
7. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a comparable establishment is preferred.

CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
