- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel procedures and ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Perform aesthetic and body treatments following protocols established with Christian Dior Parfums.
- Facilitate sales of additional products and treatments to enhance revenue.
- Maintain an exceptional rapport with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles accurately.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of treatment rooms as per hotel standards.
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Communicate vital information and instructions regarding guests to the team.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
- Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques.
- Passion for wellness and a desire to advance in the field.
- Excellent presentation and strong team spirit.
- Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc Paris standards and norms.
- Proficiency in Spa Booker software is advantageous.
- Sales acumen.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a comparable establishment is preferred.
CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
