1. Ensure the setup of workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
2. Welcome guests to the spa and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
3. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and promote additional products and services.
4. Perform aesthetic and body treatments according to protocols established with Christian Dior Parfums.
5. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
6. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
7. Update guest profiles accurately.
8. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, especially in treatment rooms.
9. Manage stock and conduct inventories.
10. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
11. Communicate guest-related information effectively to the team.
12. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
2. Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques.

1. Passion for wellness and a desire to advance in the field.
2. Excellent presentation and strong team spirit.
3. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
4. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc Paris standards and norms.
5. Proficiency in Spa Booker software is advantageous.
6. Sales acumen.
7. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar establishment is preferred.

CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
