- Ensure the setup of workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
- Welcome guests to the spa and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and promote additional products and services.
- Perform aesthetic and body treatments according to protocols established with Christian Dior Parfums.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel procedures.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Communicate all relevant guest information and instructions to the team.
- Report any unusual situations concerning guest or colleague safety to management.
- Diploma in aesthetics such as CAP, BEP, or BTS.
- Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques.
- Passion for wellness and a desire to advance in the field.
- Excellent presentation and strong team spirit.
- Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Cheval Blanc Paris standards and norms.
- Proficiency in Spa Booker software is advantageous.
- Sales acumen.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar establishment is desirable.
CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
