1. Prepare workspaces with linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
2. Welcome guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.
3. Advise guests and promote additional products and services.
4. Perform aesthetic and body treatments according to protocols with Christian Dior Parfums.
5. Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
6. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
7. Update guest records accurately.
8. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, especially treatment rooms.
9. Manage stock and inventories.
10. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
11. Communicate guest-related information and instructions to the team.
12. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or risk of accidents.

1. CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics
2. Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques

4. Ability to represent Cheval Blanc with a polished image and professional attitude
5. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc Paris standards and norms
6. Knowledge of Spa Booker software is a plus
7. Sales skills
8. Fluent in English

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar establishment is desirable.

CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics
