1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
2. Advise guests on personalized beauty treatments and products, creating bespoke beauty rituals using Guerlain protocols.
3. Master Guerlain facial and body treatment techniques, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, and makeup application.
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ambiance in treatment rooms, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
5. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, reporting any issues to management.
6. Manage the opening and closing of the spa, including preparing treatment rooms and restocking products and linens.
7. Promote the Cheval Blanc brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or spa environments.
