4. Manage the spa schedule efficiently, handle appointment bookings, and coordinate information with various teams.
5. Maintain client records to personalize service and enhance client loyalty.
6. Ensure a pristine work environment, adhering to the establishment's quality and image standards.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as stock management and payment processing, ensuring effective internal communication.

1. Significant experience in aesthetic treatments and customer service, ideally in a luxury spa setting.
