- Ensure the setup of workspaces, including linens, skincare products, and refreshments.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to sales growth through the promotion of additional products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, adapting to various situations in a dynamic environment.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Participate in welcoming guests to the spa.
- Maintain and update guest profiles for personalized service.
- Care for equipment and actively participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel procedures.
- Manage stock levels and inventories.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Effectively communicate all guest-related information and instructions to the team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
- Knowledge of wellness and beauty treatment techniques.
- Passion for wellness and a desire to advance in the field.
- Excellent presentation and strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in 'Opera' and 'Spa Booker' software.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Sales acumen.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar establishment is desirable.
CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics.
