1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
2. Technical certifications in spa therapy.

1. Proficiency in spa or reservation software such as Opera or Spa Connect.
2. Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Outlook.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Financial acumen and budgeting skills.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in spa management within the luxury hospitality sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
