1. Diploma or Degree from a reputable institution in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Proficiency in Opera and Spa Connect systems.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. Expertise in retail and marketing within the spa industry.
5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 to 4 years in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality segment, demonstrating a proven track record of managing and leading teams.
