1. Act as the right hand to the Head Chef, bringing several years of experience within a brigade.
2. Develop and execute dessert menus under the Chef's guidance, including sweet treats for in-room dining.
3. Collaborate with the Chef on supplier selection, and oversee the reception and quality control of supplies, adhering to hygiene standards.
4. Substitute for the Head Chef during absences, managing the entire brigade.
5. Exhibit passion, precision, and managerial acumen to achieve excellence in all tasks.
