Cheval Blanc Pastry Sous Chef

- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating exquisite dessert experiences.
- Develop and execute the dessert menu, including in-room sweet offerings.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in selecting suppliers and managing inventory, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Lead the pastry team in the Head Chef's absence, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Drive innovation and creativity in pastry offerings, embodying the establishment's high standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Exceptional pastry skills with a focus on creativity and excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in supplier management and inventory control.
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
