1. Assist the Head Chef in creating desserts for the menu and sweet treats for guest rooms.
2. Participate in supplier selection, receiving, and quality control of supplies, adhering to hygiene standards.
3. Replace the Head Chef during absences and manage the pastry team, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
