- Assist the Head Chef in creating desserts for the menu and sweet treats for guest rooms.
- Participate in supplier selection, receiving, and quality control of supplies, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Replace the Head Chef during absences and manage the pastry team, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive creativity and excellence in pastry creation, embodying the values of a top-tier gastronomic establishment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a brigade.
