- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating unforgettable gourmet experiences.
- Develop and execute dessert menus and in-room sweet offerings.
- Participate in supplier selection and oversee the reception and quality control of supplies, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Manage the pastry team in the Head Chef's absence, fostering a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive creativity and excellence, embodying the values of a top-tier gastronomic establishment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pastry brigade.
- Exceptional pastry skills with a focus on creativity and excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.
