- Oversee the preparation of a menu component in alignment with the Executive Chef's technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the chef to design exceptional dishes, enhancing seasonal products while maintaining the restaurant's culinary identity.
- Ensure meticulous mise en place, preparation, and plating, guaranteeing impeccable consistency in every service.
- Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage chefs de partie and commis, ensuring effective communication, follow-up, and control of various preparations.
- Maintain a workstation that reflects qualities of cleanliness, organization, and impeccable excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Culinary expertise with a focus on creativity and precision.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
