1. Work closely with the Assistant Chef Sommelier to achieve high-quality standards.
2. Maximize beverage revenue through innovative marketing and promotional activities.
3. Maintain inventory and order wine to replenish stock.
4. Store wine properly at appropriate temperatures.
5. Discuss wines with guests and assist them in making selections.
6. Upsell wines to guests.
7. Keep the wine list updated weekly.
8. Promote and upsell wine events with a focus on quality.
9. Adhere to service and knowledge training plans.
10. Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
11. Present beverage lists and recommend liquors, cocktails, or digestives.

1. Diploma Certificate in hospitality and catering
2. Minimum of WSET level 3 or similar
3. National Diploma and first aid qualification

1. Well-defined leadership skills
2. Experience in handling high volume cellars
3. Ability to manage a team

Minimum 3 years within a luxury establishment and 2 years in a similar position. Experience in Sommelierie and Mixology.
