1. Assist the Head Sommelier in daily operations.
2. Support various food and beverage service points to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
3. Familiarize with the wine list and assist Sommeliers in wine service at tables, including advising and serving.
4. Manage glassware setup, clearing, and cleaning.
5. Participate in cellar inventory management.
6. Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
7. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and maintain equipment.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.

1. Training in Hospitality, Catering, or Sommellerie.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
4. Good understanding of gastronomy.

Training in Hospitality, Catering, or Sommellerie.
