1. Assist the Head Sommelier in daily operations.
2. Support various dining service points to enhance operational experience and knowledge of offerings.
3. Familiarize with the wine list and assist Sommeliers in wine service, including advising and serving at tables.
4. Manage glassware setup, clearing, and cleaning.
5. Participate in cellar inventory management.
6. Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
7. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and maintain equipment integrity.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.

1. Training in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Sommellerie.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.
5. Proficiency in computer applications.
