1. Assist the Head Sommelier in daily operations.
2. Support various restaurant service points to enhance operational experience and product knowledge.
3. Understand the wine list and assist Sommeliers in wine service at tables, including advising and serving.
4. Manage glassware setup, clearing, and cleaning.
5. Participate in cellar inventory management.
6. Ensure effective internal communication within the service team.
7. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and maintain equipment.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Sommellerie.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required.

Training in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Sommellerie.
