1. Manage daily operations within the sommellerie service
2. Advise guests on wine and spirit selections
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service
4. Handle billing and payment processes
5. Set up and manage the wine cellar, including stock control and inventory
6. Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
7. Promote hotel services and products
8. Participate in table clearing and resetting
9. Ensure cleanliness according to hotel procedures
10. Manage linen supply and renewal
11. Report any safety or accident risks to management

1. Training in sommellerie such as Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, WSET Level 4
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Understanding of beverage service legislation
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
5. Strong knowledge of gastronomy and oenology
