1. Ensure operational setup and manage wine cellar operations
2. Oversee stock management and inventory in collaboration with the purchasing department
3. Welcome guests and provide wine and spirit recommendations
4. Participate in order taking, service, and billing processes
5. Promote hotel services and products
6. Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures
7. Manage linen setup and replenishment
8. Report any safety or accident risks to management

1. Training in sommellerie such as Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, WSET Level 4
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Understanding of beverage service legislation
4. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining

Significant experience in sommellerie required in a similar high-standard establishment.
