1. Direct and oversee the activities of Villa or Room Attendants to ensure guest satisfaction objectives are met.
2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
3. Collaborate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments within the Maison.
4. Implement and uphold housekeeping best practices, procedures, and standards.

1. Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in housekeeping best practices and familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
6. Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the housekeeping team.

At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
