Cheval Blanc Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

- Direct and oversee the activities of Villa or Room Attendants to ensure guest satisfaction objectives are met.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, guests, and other departments within the Maison.
- Implement and uphold housekeeping best practices, procedures, and standards.
- Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in housekeeping best practices and familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the housekeeping team.
At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
