1. Direct and control the activities of the Villa or Room Attendants.
2. Ensure the hotel achieves its guest satisfaction objectives.

1. Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, procedures, and standards
3. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
4. Excellent level of both written and spoken English
5. Attention to detail
6. Flexibility and adaptability
7. Strong work ethic

At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
