- Personalize and enhance the guest experience in rooms, ensuring the distinctive Cheval Blanc signature is evident.
- Manage floral arrangements and wardrobe installations, including luggage packing.
- Handle guest shoe care and valet services, coordinating with the laundry service for guest clothing and sewing requests.
- Refresh and monitor VIP F&B amenities throughout the guest's stay.
- Ensure room quality and functionality through regular checks and coordination with other services.
- Advise and organize guest stays in collaboration with hotel services, promoting hotel offerings such as apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs, providing sincere and targeted assistance and advice.
- Facilitate guest requests, including ordering welcome products and room service.
- Assist with in-room dining service for VIP guests or when requests exceed two persons.
- Collect guest preferences for the CARDEX system.
- Lead operational supervision of Butler service teams, conducting briefings and ensuring team knowledge.
- Support the Butler Service Manager in tasks and schedule adherence.
- Participate in recruitment and development interviews, welcoming and training new Butlers.
- Organize and manage daily Butler team activities, ensuring effective internal communication.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, guest confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort, adhering to security and hygiene protocols.
- Address guest complaints, proposing and implementing solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Report any unusual situations regarding guest or colleague safety to management.
- Hotel experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated
- Excellent interpersonal skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
