- Perform villa check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other departments, coordinating services.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, reporting unresolved issues to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and adhere to safety procedures.
- Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
- Fluency in English and French.
