1. Support and assist the Safety and Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment within the Maison.
2. Ensure the effective functioning of the Security Ambassadeurs to achieve optimal efficiency and standards.
3. Oversee safety and security operations for the resort's opening in the Seychelles.
4. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to minimize risk and loss.
5. Manage emergency response procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees.

1. Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry.

1. Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.

A minimum of three years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry is required.
