1. Support and assist the Safety and Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment at the Maison.
2. Oversee safety and security operations for the resort's opening in the Seychelles.
3. Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
4. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to minimize risk and loss.
5. Manage emergency response procedures effectively.
6. Supervise the Security Ambassadeurs to achieve optimal efficiency in meeting required standards.

1. Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry.

1. Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
6. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry is required.

Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
