- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring impeccable reception and a luxurious, personalized experience.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring smooth organization and adherence to client schedules and requirements.
- Handle night shift duties, ensuring guest safety and hotel operations during this period.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, restaurant) to ensure a seamless experience and proactively meet guest needs.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at the reception, reflecting the establishment's excellence and prestige.
