- Oversee and manage the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and guide teams to maintain high standards of guest service and cleanliness.
- Enhance operational efficiency within the departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a similar capacity.
- Pre-opening experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as Opera and Material Control.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
- Thorough organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, with pre-opening experience being a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
