1. Oversee and manage the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
2. Ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
3. Lead and guide teams to maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in a similar capacity; pre-opening experience is a plus.

1. Computer literacy and excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Excellent knowledge of accounting software Opera and Material Control.
3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
4. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
6. Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
7. Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
8. Thoroughness, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
9. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
10. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
