1. Ensure the smooth operation of the room service according to hotel procedures.
2. Oversee the setup and cleanliness of the service area from breakfast to dinner.
3. Maintain service quality according to LQA standards.
4. Coordinate between different service points such as the restaurant, bar, rooms, and villas.
5. Create a memorable dining experience for guests with attention to detail and hospitality.
