- Ensure the setup and maintenance of the room service area, maintaining cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service hours.
- Facilitate communication between the room service point and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
- Engage in customer service to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service manager on profit and loss analysis, project development, new menu implementation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverages, including hot drinks, juices, and assorted pastries.
- Promote the hotel's various services and products to guests.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP hygiene standards.
- Assist in stocking minibars and setting up guest welcome amenities.
- Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or fine dining environments.
- Strong understanding of gastronomy.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with courtesy and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Desire to advance in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
