1. Ensure the setup and maintenance of the point of sale in a pristine and well-stocked condition throughout service hours.
2. Oversee the smooth execution and quality of service in accordance with LQA standards from breakfast through dinner.
3. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the point of sale and various service locations, including the restaurant, hotel rooms, chalet, and apartment.
