1. Assist in setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and optimal supply of the room service area throughout the service period.
2. Support the relationship between the point of sale and its suppliers, including the kitchen, stockroom, cellar, and stewarding.
3. Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Stay informed daily about all dining activities and the list of VIP guest arrivals.
5. Serve tables discreetly and professionally, and be capable of preparing food and beverage orders.
6. Maintain the room service area in a clean and orderly state during service.
7. Ensure all condiments and other items are consistently well-organized in the workstation.
8. Report customer feedback regarding food and beverages to the supervisor.
9. Conscientiously maintain all equipment and small tools.
10. Foster good working relationships with colleagues, managers, and ambassadors from other departments.
11. Assist the supervisor in ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
12. Ensure all service and storage areas are kept safe and clean.
13. Participate in reducing losses, negligence due to equipment breakage, and control of food and beverage supplies.
14. Clean and maintain the room service and service areas.
15. Ensure the supply of the point of sale to optimize its usage conditions.
16. Implement and guarantee compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
17. Develop a commercial attitude towards clients under the supervision of the head waiter, maître d'hôtel, or manager.
18. Participate in stocking minibars in rooms under the supervision of direct superiors or butlers.
19. Actively participate in preparing guest welcomes and assist in their setup if necessary.
20. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
21. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety or accident risks.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (such as BTS)
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
4. Good understanding of gastronomy
