1. Manage and oversee operations at the flagship restaurant Le 1947, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
2. Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in embodying the Art of Recevoir and enhancing the culinary arts journey.
3. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
4. Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, creating memorable experiences from welcome to departure.
5. Promote the restaurant and catering events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury resort or hotel

1. In-depth knowledge of food and wine service
2. Excellent knowledge of culinary arts
3. Fluency in English

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury resort or hotel.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
